Classic Coffee Recipes

Espresso Yourselves.

1. Steam the milk. Heat 1 cup of milk over medium heat. Let the milk simmer until bubbles form around the edges, but don’t boil it.

2. Whip the milk with a frother or fork, increase speed as the milk starts to thicken. Continue mixing milk is frothy as desired.

3. Brew your coffee. Make an espresso using the Tigray Coffee Maker.

4. Make the cappuccino by pouring the frothed milk on the espresso base, you can try your barista skills by making coffee art. Add sugar, or not.
